Option 1 : Functional Medicine and Longevity Membership

  • Includes 1.5 hour initial consult, 1 year follow up correspondence plus a 106 functional and hormone lab panel through Function Health valued at $500
  • Through this membership we will review perimenopause/ menopause symptoms, as well as total hormone balance. We also will discuss gut health, reducing inflammation, cellular detoxification and longevity
  • Prescription medications and recommended products not included

  • $375/ 6 Months
  • Includes 1 hour initial consult and all follow up correspondence for 6 months
  • Through this option we will discuss perimenopause/menopause symptoms as well as total hormone balance
  • All labs may be billed through insurance
  • Prescription medications and recommended products not included
